13 Ways to Exercise Without Realizing It

There are no secret recipes to keep the kilos at bay: a balanced diet and numerous sports will help us not only to prevent obesity but to find ourselves better with our body and avoid many health problems.

Maintaining an active lifestyle is not just about going to the gym once in a while, and some tricks will help us exercise every day almost without us noticing:
